Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receiving payment. They are shipped via Mondial Relay, Colissimo, UPS, or any other carrier suitable for shipping the order. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging, and postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary based on the total weight of the package. We recommend combining all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
For your reassurance, no mention of the GOLIATE brand is made on the package. Shipping is completely discreet and bears the mentions of BeautyByMe or LAMOJI.

LAMOJI SAS offers you a 14-day (fourteen-day) money-back guarantee from the date of your purchase for sex toy products only. Cosmetic products (lubricating gels, massage oils, etc.) are not eligible for this guarantee. To obtain your refund, you will need to contact us by email at contact@goliate.com and return the product to us in its original packaging.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this case, you are liable. Any damage to the product in this case may invalidate your right of withdrawal.
Return costs are your responsibility.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, LAMOJI SAS will reimburse the sums paid, within 14 days following notification of your request and via the same payment method as that used when ordering.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The provision of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and the performance of which began after the consumer's express prior agreement and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.
- The supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the control of the professional and likely to occur during the withdrawal period.
- The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- The supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
- The supply of goods which, after being delivered and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;
- The supply of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is deferred beyond thirty days and whose value agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract depends on fluctuations in the market beyond the control of the professional.
- The supply of audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.
- The supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine, except for subscription contracts to these publications.
- Transactions concluded at a public auction.
- The supply of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the execution of which has begun after the express prior agreement of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.
